Mr. Wu: Tu Yi is a national high-tech enterprise engaged in R & D, production, sales and technical services of powder coatings. We have launched some new products, including home decoration wood grain series and tooling wood grain series. Home decoration wood grain series is divided into open lacquer wood grain and crystal wood grain. Tooling wood grain series is divided into: super weather resistant transfer wood grain and 3D dusting wood grain products.

Mr. Wu: Yes, in addition to that, we have also brought new products of magic color wood grain series. In 2017, it was rated as a high-tech product and won the star product award, which is deeply loved by customers. These products are characterized by good handle, clear texture, and special three-dimensional feeling after transfer. Especially the stone series, transfer effect is very realistic, like real stone.

President Wu: the most popular products are 3D wood grain and weather resistant wood grain, because they have very good weather resistance, and they have passed the European class2 test, with guaranteed quality, so customers will pay more attention to them. In terms of home decoration, customers are particularly interested in our stone patterns.

President Wu: This is a research center that we have cooperated with South China University of technology. The provincial and municipal leaders and Secretary Lu witnessed the signing of the contract with our unit. In addition, we are also extending our cooperation with Imperial College of technology. In addition, our headquarters, Guangdong tuyi, has a graduate student from Imperial College of technology. Now tuyi has strong R & D force and technical strength.

Aluminum screening: so now Tu Yi is trying to do a publicity in this aspect of technology?

Mr. Wu: Yes, we mainly promote the sales of mainstream products by developing new products and promoting new products and highlights. Moreover, we have more than 30 patents. This year, we have obtained six high-tech products, which is also a result of our research and development. For the coating industry, the key is R & D, and how to develop core technology and more beautiful surface treatment technology is the most important. We should work hard to make the powder well, professionally, finely and superficially.

General manager Wu: the future product research and development is also aimed at home decoration series and tooling series. Tooling series should continue to research and develop from the aspect of weather resistance, while home decoration series should study how to make wood grain more realistic, more gorgeous and closer to log color, so as to have better effect from the aspects of hand feeling, texture and vision. This is the direction of products. Powder coating technology is easy to imitate, low threshold, are in the direction of physical synthesis formula development. We will research and develop from the aspects of resin synthesis, new performance formula, saturated and unsaturated resin to meet the core performance requirements of products. And with the production, the development of more intelligent production process, to adapt to the current market demand.
